Rachael Kulick, MSN, CNM PNP-BC

Certified Nurse Midwife located in Lone Tree, CO & Castle Rock, CO

About Rachael

Rachael is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner as well as a certified nurse midwife (CNM). She has cared for mothers and babies for more than a decade, first as a nurse practitioner at Children’s Hospital and now as a CNM. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts she received her Master’s in Maternal Child Health and Pediatric nurse practitioner certification from Simmons College in 1994. Shortly thereafter she moved to beautiful Colorado where she met her husband. Her Journey to midwifery began with the birth of her three children all with the assistance of Nurse-Midwives. She chose midwifery motivated by her own birth experiences and a strong desire to provide the same care to other women. In 2012 she received her post masters in nurse midwifery and has never looked back.

Rachael’s care philosophy is based on the belief that pregnancy and childbirth are normal life events and women are capable of making informed choices regarding their care. She attributes her midwifery roots to working for several years with the largest free standing birth center in Colorado. This experience has shaped her into the care provider she is today by giving her a unique perspective on family planning, women’s health and birthing options. Rachael is honored to be a resource to families as they welcome their babies into the world as well as caring for non-pregnant women seeking gynecologic care. She considers it a great privilege and responsibility to care for families during this transformative time.

When not catching babies she can be found running, traveling and cheering on her three children at their numerous sporting events.
