So far I've had the pleasure to meet with Amy twice on my prenatal visits and those were always great visits! Amy really takes the time to listen to you and make sure all your questions are answered.
The whole staff at Lone Tree is great. It feels amazing when you're able to trust your provider(s) because you know they have your best interest at heart.

Any was sooo kind and understanding and exactly what I was looking for in a midwife. If natural is your birth plan, that’s Amy’s standard! Def recommend!!

Amy helped to make my labor and delivery a wonderful experience. She created the space for me to have the exact natural birth experience I wanted. She is supportive and empowering, and I cannot recommend her enough!

We wouldn’t have been able to deliver the baby without you! When we checked in for labor and I realized there wouldn’t be enough time for an epidural, I was terrified. You really got me to relax and told me what positions to be in for delivery. You explained everything to me and were so helpful. Two pushes and 30 minutes later, baby had arrived. Thanks for checking in on me the following day.

I was a transfer from Colorado Springs from a homebirth (center) to be induced here. My husband and I suffered the loss of our son last year during labor so needless to say…feeling safe, heard, valued, and cared for during this pregnancy was vital. I have honestly never met such an honest, authentic, educated, loving group of RN’s, CNM, and overall team who genuinely truly care about your wellbeing and the health of your baby. You can tell they love what they do and respect, honor, and validate your choices and how you want to birth your baby. I have never met such a loving team and group of people who make you feel empowered, loud, validated and overall expert level of medical care. Thank you!!!!

My husband and I met Bri for the first time in the hospital during our son’s birth. We had worked with Amy throughout my entire pregnancy, (awesome experience,) and when I was induced two weeks early, Bri was on call when I delivered. What a gift!!! Meeting Bri for the first time was wonderful! I felt an instant connection with her too, and felt incredibly safe and cared for in her care. My husband and I can’t say enough great things about our birth experience. It wasn’t the birth we planned, but in a weird way, it was better!! We have such fond memories of our son’s birth, and we sincerely thank Bri for making it better than we thought possible.
Bri, Amy and Julie were the best team we could have dreamed up!! Thank you three for everything! We can’t wait for our second baby!!

I really can't say enough positive things about our experience and the terrific providers at Lone Tree OBGYN & Midwives! Amy was exceptional!!! My husband and I enjoyed her so much! From start to finish we were delighted with Amy! She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and really understood our goals and what we wanted throughout our pregnancy and birth. I transferred practices from Sky Ridge, and Amy was the missing link we were looking for. She’ll always hold a special place in our heart, and we can’t thank her enough for all she’s done for us. She went above and beyond assisting us with recommendations etc, and helped us get the right team in place after our son was born as well. Thank you Lone Tree OBGYN & Midwives for your terrific team!! We look forward to baby #2 with you!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lone Tree Obgyn and Dr. Furr! All of his staff are so caring and go the extra mile for you. He is always on call and said he would make sure he was there for our birth. Glenda his MA, Sarah the sonographer, and Amy a midwife there, were the sweetest and so helpful. I had the most wonderful pregnancy and birth with my first baby and will be back for baby #2. If you are searching for an obgyn, look no further.

Lone tree OBGYN/ & Midwives is truly the absolute best! I transferred here from another office where I had my first baby, and i had a horrible/ quite traumatic birthing experience & post partum. When i switched to Lone Tree after i found out i was pregnant with my second, I expressed my feelings, worries, and fears that i would have another bad experience. They immediately assured me that i would have a better experience. They were CONFIDENT in me when i wasnt myself. I loved every midwife here and of course Dr. Furr. Amy was the one who delivered my daughter, and it was the most beautiful, raw, emotional, experience of my life. I will forever remember how i was treated, educated, and motivated by Amy during birth. Thank you Lone Tree staff for everything. I will always recommend you to EVERYONE!!!!

My husband and I just delivered our first child 2 weeks ago and we can’t recommend this practice enough!
I switched here during my 3rd trimester because my original OB office didn’t make me feel prepared for such an unknown.
From day 1, the midwives at Lone Tree listened to and addressed all of our questions, spent so much time educating us, and empowered us to make decisions for our girl.
Amy Burgess was my midwife. At every appointment she took her time with us, and at delivery I labored for 2 days and then pushed for 4 hours, and she was so helpful every step of the way. She gave natural positions to try, answered our calls in the middle of the night, texted to check in, and overall was on our team from beginning to end.
I truly don’t want to have our next babies unless it’s with Amy and this practice!!

This is the most amazing practice I have been too. I was so tired of jumping from practice to practice and this has been the only office to give me answers I have been looking for for over the past 10 years. I am astonished by some of the bad reviews I see about this practice. Their team is the most caring and EDUCATED group of professionals I have had the pleasure to seek care from. Dr. Furr was able to give finally me answers I so desperately needed to not be in excruciating pain and Amanda has given me the absolute best experience I could ask for in my exams (I’m a SA victim) and there’s nothing more terrifying than thinking about having an exam. Amanda is so sweet, bubbly, and listened to everyone on my concerns which made me feel better. If you have any doubts about changing your care… DON’T! I will continue to go here as I have never been in better hands then with Dr. Furr & his staff.

I would like to give a huge shout out to LoneTree OBGYN and their Dr and Sarah for an incredible job they did with our daughter and son in law and helping deliver our two grand babies. Sarah was a Saint. She was nothing but incredible and helped give our daughter and incredible experience and with us. She was informative along the whole process and went out of her way on a weekend to help deliver our second grand baby. She made sure our daughter had the experience of a life time. We would and have recommended Lone Tree OBGYN to some of our friends who kids are expecting their first child. What an incredible place who demonstrates compassion, friendliness and professionalism.
